RETURNS

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We accept returns and provide refunds under certain circumstances.
WE WILL NOT ISSUE REFUNDS OR REIMBURSEMENTS FOR THE FOLLOWING CATEGORIES UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES:
A. Custom-painted or custom-patterned items;
B. Items specifically listed as non-returnable;
C. Items damaged during installation or use;
D. Labor charges or installation fees; or
E. Items shipped more than 30 days prior to the refund request.

1. DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive an item that is broken or defective, MINDFUNNEL will provide a prepaid return shipping label. We will inspect the item upon return and issue a full refund if we find that it is broken or defective.

2. INCORRECT ITEM
If we ship you an item other than the item on your email order receipt, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label for the incorrect item. Once we receive the incorrect item and verify that it is not what is listed on your email order receipt, we will send you the proper item, if available, or provide you with a full refund.

3. EXCHANGES
If you decide that you no longer want an item you ordered or you wish to exchange the item for a different item, you may return the item so long as it is returned with all original packaging, paperwork, and parts in new and unused condition. You will need to pay any return shipping costs. In addition, we may, at our discretion, deduct up to a 20% restocking fee from your refund.
We reserve the right to reject any refund that, upon inspection, does not comply with the above categories of accepted returns. 

RETURN PROCEDURE
1. Contact a Customer Care Specialist via email with your name and order number at sales@mindfunnel.com;
2. Our Customer Care Specialists will provide you with an RMA#, and email you detailed return instructions;
3. Clearly write and/or affix the RMA# on the package and return to the address specified in the email;
4. The original method of payment used to place the order will be credited the purchase price, excluding return shipping costs. We will send a confirmation email once the refund has been issued. Please allow 5-7 business days for your bank to process the credit.

Failure to comply with these directions may result in a rejection of your return.

ADVANCE REFUNDS
We may issue a refund in good faith prior to receiving the returned item. We reserve the right to rescind such refunds if the item fails inspection upon arrival.
