Return Policy:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the date of delivery, using the delivery date provided by our selected shipping service, and ONLY if an RMA number has been issued.

Buyers must request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and must include the RMA# clearly written on the outside of the returned item. (Please attach digital images to support claims of damage or to support wrong item received claims. Include image of the part number, brand, etc.). MINDFUNNEL RACING, Inc. reserves the right to refuse any package returned to us without authorization. Returns will be processed with ten (10) business days of receipt (not including weekends, holidays, and the day the package was delivered).

All returned items must be returned in the original, unopened packaging. 

Under no circumstances will a refund be provided if the returned parts show signs of attempted installation, if any pieces are missing, or if the claim is received past the 30-days of the delivery date.

If a free shipping item is returned, the outbound shipping fee will be deducted from the refunded amount of the order. The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping fee/s for any items returned.


Non Returnable item Policy:

Under no circumstances will we accept returns on any of the following items:

- Motor Oils, Solvents or Additives.

- Chemicals including waxes and polishes, traction compounds, any item deemed as hazardous.

- Crate engines are non-returnable


Damaged Shipments:

We try our best to prevent damage to all packages during transit by packing each order carefully however damage may occur during transit despite our precautions.

If you receive an item that has been damaged in shipping, please call us within 48 hours of receipt and we will initiate a UPS or FedEx claim for the item.

Please hold on to the original packaging material because UPS or FedEx, in most cases, will need to inspect the items. A UPS or FedEx representative will contact you to set up a convenient time to inspect and pick up the package for return.

We strongly encourage you to take digital pictures of all damaged shipping boxes and send them to us so that we can also share with the shipping carrier.


Defective Parts:

If you receive a defective product please contact us within our 30-day return policy period. Contact Sales@mindfunnel.com to process your return. Please include any digital pictures that may prove the part received is defective.

MINDFUNNEL RACING, Inc. is not responsible for any labor costs which occur as the result of the installation of wrong or defective parts.


Manufacturer’s Warranty:

It is solely the responsibility of the customer to send in any manufacturer's warranty paperwork or online registration. Doing so will help protect you if the part fails after our 30-day return policy, but is still under the manufacturer warranty.
